Living Well Communicare is the Care Arm of Living Well Church, established in 2010, with its operations under the leadership of Pastors Alan & Vanitha Pillay, and its Board.

With our active engagement into our community, we noticed a prevalence of hardship in our community, with people who faced food crisis as well as emergency crisis ,isolation and wellness crisis . We frequently encountered disadvantaged families (seniors, single parents , pensioners, aged, job seekers , disabled people ) people who were be in temporary crisis – (out of work, ill health and homeless );and people who faced social isolation.

We empathised with this and decided that we should do something on an ongoing basis to alleviate the problem . Prior to this program we tried to help meet peoples need on an ad hoc basis and also carried out food hamper distribution programs over Christmas and provided financial assistance , and emotional and spiritual counselling where possible .

As the accountability nature of our community work required us to be a recognmosed registered entity y our church decided to formally register a care arm called Beachside Communicare .
